
USIndoor's Annual Conference & Tradeshow is widely regarded as the premier educational and networking event for the indoor recreational sports industry. In 2015, we're two-stepping our way back to Dallas/Ft.Worth, as the Association hosts its 15th Annual Conference, May 12-14 (Tuesday-Thursday). There, USIndoor expects 250+ attendees, consisting of facility owners, managers, vendors, startups, consultants and other industry leaders and professionals.
In our host hotel, the Hilton Ft. Worth, you'll soon discover why we've chosen this iconic hotel for our 2015 Conference. Internationally famous as the scene of 35th President John F Kennedy's final address on the morning of November 22, 1963, the Hilton is located just steps from Sundance Square and within minutes of the Cultural District, Stockyards and Will Rogers Stadium.
Kicking things off on Tuesday, May 12th, our annual all-day Facility Bus Tour promises a cross-section of North Texas indoor arenas and a more local experience. The Conference's core program gets rolling Wednesday, May 13th, with our Annual State of the Industry Breakfast, including keynote speaker, followed by independent learning tracks for Existing Facility Operators and Startups and, NEW THIS YEAR, an exclusive Executive Symposium. Limited to facility owners and top experienced personnel, the Symposium will consist of "closed-door" executive-level meetings with private hospitality service. All tolled, the educational package combines speaker presentations, roundtables, panel discussions and networking specially catered to each track.
USIndoor's Annual Tradeshow, featuring products and services from across the industry, takes place Wednesday evening at the President's Welcome Reception and at Thursday’s luncheon. Finally, the Conference concludes with fun and more networking at Thursday's Post-Conference Celebration, including drinks and entertainment, at an exciting TBA destination.
Generally, all meals, sessions and related events are included at one low admission price, with the exception the Bus Tour and Executive Symposium, which are extra. Discounts are available for groups and multiple and early registrations.
