USIndoor's Annual Conference & Tradeshow is widely regarded as the premier educational and networking event for the indoor recreational sports industry. A return to Las Vegas is in the cards for 2016, as the Association hosts its 16th Annual Conference, May 2-5 (Monday-Thursday). There, USIndoor expects close to 300 attendees, consisting of facility owners, managers, vendors, startups, consultants and other industry leaders and professionals.
In our host hotel, the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa & Casino, you'll soon discover how we've "raised the ante" for 2016. Located off The Strip, but close enough to enjoy Las Vegas, our destination combines the best of both worlds--an atmosphere conducive to focusing on business with plenty of nearby attractions. Plus, there's "The District" at Green Valley Ranch, with many popular dining, shopping and entertainment options, for those who might like keeping within walking distance.
Kicking things off on Monday, May 2nd, the Conference offers its Certified Arena Operators Program, providing intensive 2-day training for existing and prospective arena managers. This program occurs only in even numbered years.
For those seeking an excursion, Tuesday's Facility Bus Tour could be the best bet, promising a cross-section of Las Vegas indoor arenas, along with a more local experience. You can also try your hand at our Golf Outing. Located minutes from GVR, 18 holes at the Wildhorse Golf Club has been compared to "hitting the jackpot." The winning streak continues during our Official Welcome Reception at "The Pond" at GVR.
The Conference's core program gets rolling Wednesday, May 3rd, with our Annual State of the Industry Breakfast, followed by independent learning tracks for Existing Facility Operators and Startups, alongside our second Executive Symposium in as many years for facility owners and senior executives. The complete educational package combines speaker presentations, roundtables, panel discussions and networking specially catered to each track.
USIndoor's Annual Tradeshow, featuring products and services from across the industry, takes place Wednesday evening at the President's Reception and at Thursday's luncheon. The Conference concludes Thursday, May 5th, with the Blue Man Group and Post-Conference Celebration, including the announcement of this year's Photo Media App Contest winner, at the Luxor on the Las Vegas Strip.
Generally, all meals, sessions and related events are included at one low admission price, with the exception the CAO Program, Bus Tour, Golf Outing and Executive Symposium, which are extra. Discounts are available for groups and multiple and early registrations.
