Second Quarter 2011 Special Projects Wins for the Southeast

In the second quarter of 2011, NB&C was awarded two (2) large special projects contracts from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), representing a major wireless service provider (WSP), in the Southeast Region of the United States.

The two projects, which consist of existing 4G site modifications/upgrades, involve several hundred sites in Kansas and Georgia, and have a scope-of-work (SOW) that includes program/project management and land use/permitting.

These two wins represent significant opportunities for growth in NB&C's Southeast Region not only in terms of the addition of new clients but also as related to NB&C's ability to mobilize and execute on high volume projects in different parts of the region.

Clearly NB&C's Southeast Region is well positioned for continued growth in the wireless site development market.

NB&C awarded Second Quarter Contract to get Project Back on Schedule

In the second quarter of 2011, NB&C was awarded a special projects contract from a large Program Management firm (representing a national wireless service provider (WSP)) in the Northeast Region of the United States.

The project award, in upstate New York, consists of two (2) parts: one, fiber upgrades to approximately 60 existing wireless sites, two, program management responsibility for the work of other contractors on both new site builds and existing site upgrades. NB&C received this work in the Northeast due to its excellent performance on a project of similar scope in the Mid-Atlantic Region for the above-referenced WSP. NB&C's ability to deliver site upgrades on schedule on the Mid-Atlantic project placed NB&C in a great position when schedule delays created an opportunity in upstate New York.

NB&C is proud that its regional project successes create skill-sets and experience that afford it the opportunity to replicate this success in other geographic areas. When our client needed top professionals to get their project back on schedule, they called NB&C.

Our proven ability to get the job done makes NB&C second-to-none in wireless consulting services on the east coast of the United States.

Third Quarter 2010 Fiber-Backhaul Win for NB&C

In the third quarter of 2010, Network Building & Consulting (NB&C) was awarded a full turnkey contract from one of the largest providers of cable service in the country.

The fiber installations are needed to provide 3G/4G grade backhaul throughput from the cell sites.

The contract was awarded to NB&C due to the company's history of resuls on time-sensitive projects. Towards thatend, NB&C is thrilled to report that Q4 of 2010, approximately 1/3 of the total sites are ready to go into construction!
