Thomas Kane
							
							Tom Kane has served as President of NB&C since 2003.  Under his direction, the company has experienced significant growth, launching several new business units and expanding its geographic reach.  In 2006, Tom utilized the firm's tower development capabilities and backlog to lead a successful management buyout, creating a 100% management-owned LLC.
							During his 13-year tenure with NB&C, Tom has held several positions of increasing responsibility.  His success as a Program Manager led to his role as head of the Real Estate department in 1999.  In 2001, Tom was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the entire organization.
							In 1998, Tom was a principal in the start up of Network Towers, LLC, a tower development company. He played a lead role in establishing the business plan, created all development policies and procedures, and assembled a new project team to execute the business strategy.  Network Towers successfully built 90+ communications towers and sold their portfolio in 2006 to a public tower company. 
							Tom received his Bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor concentration in Business Management from the University of Maryland.  He is currently Treasurer for the MD-DC Wireless Association and serves on the board of directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) – Maryland Chapter.
							Michael Leisher
							A seasoned financial and operations executive with over 20 years experience, Michael Leisher is the Chief Financial Officer for NB&C.  Along with overseeing the firm's overall financial operations, he is responsible for the Support Services Division, which includes Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Management Information Systems. Michael held a variety of executive level positions, primarily in professional service industries, before he came to NB&C.
							Michael graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
							Mikel Budde
							Mikel Budde serves as the Managing Director for a major turnkey NB&C client in Baltimore and Washington, DC.  Since joining the company in 2000, he has held several positions, including Zoning Manager and Project Manager for multiple clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mikel has been recognized as an "expert witness" for zoning testimony in many Maryland and Virginia jurisdictions, where he has also been instrumental in setting policies for application review.  
							Prior to joining NB&C, Mikel was a project manager in the environmental consulting field.  It was then that he began his career in telecommunications site development, working closely with Maryland's State Historic Preservation Office as they developed their initial policies and procedures for "Section 106" review as it relates to new tower development. 
							Mikel graduated from Shippensburg University in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Geo-Environmental Studies and a minor concentration in Public Administration.
							Michael Dean
							Michael Dean is the Managing Director of the Southeast region.  With over 11 years of experience in telecommunications, he began his tenure with NB&C in 2004 as Project Manager, and was quickly promoted to Project Director in 2005.  Due to Michael's excellent project results and client service, he was named a Managing Director in 2006.  Prior to joining NB&C, Michael worked in wireless site acquisition and project management, and on wireless and utilities architectural and engineering projects.  In all of these areas, he gained valuable experience in directly supervising and supporting subcontractor activities. 
							Michael was discharged from the U.S. Marines in 1995, where he proudly served for five years.
							Roger Hughett
							As Managing Director for NB&C, Roger Hughett is responsible for project management, business development, and client relationships. In his nine years with the company, he has successfully managed several significant wireless programs utilizing his extensive experience in site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction.
							With nearly a decade of telecommunications experience, Roger has worked in numerous markets, including Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC; Richmond and Tidewater, VA; Ft. Wayne, IN; and Cedar Rapids, IA.  
							Roger graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology.  He was a full scholarship athlete in basketball and, to this day, is still in the record books for several athletic achievements.
							Amy Mahoney
							Amy Mahoney is a Managing Director based in Philadelphia. During her nine-year tenure with NB&C, Amy has garnered extensive experience in site development and zoning. She is responsible for site acquisition management, and oversees NB&C's services in the Northeast region.  Prior to joining NB&C, Amy assisted with the launch of a telecommunications firm in Philadelphia. 
							 Amy received her Master's degree from St. Joseph's University in 1998 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993.  She is an active member of the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum.
							 
							Conlon McCarthy
							Conlon J. McCarthy serves as a Managing Director for NB&C and NEO Solutions, an NB&C company.  He is responsible for all aspects of business development, client partnerships, and employee performance in the Mid-Atlantic region.  He manages several disciplines, including turnkey projects, special projects, real estate acquisition, and construction management.
							Conlon began his career with NB&C in January of 1999 on the real estate team, providing acquisition consulting services to many of NB&C's clients.  Since then, he has held several positions of increasing responsibility within the company, including Program Manager for several projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
							Conlon started NB&C's Technical Division in December of 2007, prior to the launch of NEO Solutions.  Conlon is a 1996 graduate of West Virginia University.
							Jan Shulse
							A Software Systems Analyst by training, Jan Shulse has worked in the IT field for more than two decades in positions of increased responsibilities, including Programmer, Software and Systems Analyst, IT Manager, and Director.  During his 12-year tenure with NB&C, Jan has been an essential part of automating and standardizing many required processes, ensuring that the company's IT systems were meeting the demands of the growing organization. Jan has also been instrumental in strategic planning for NB&C, providing the vision for the IT infrastructure of the business.
							Jan received a diploma from the Computer Learning Center in 1981 after completing his Associate's degree upon discharge from the United States Air Force.
							Gregory Tully
							Greg Tully is the Director of NB&C's Infrastructure Development. He is a land-use planner with 10 years' experience in wireless consulting services. Greg joined NB&C in 2003, specializing in high-level planning and zoning research, professional writing, government relations, and complex entitlement processes associated with new wireless infrastructure. Since the start of his consulting career with Crown Castle in 2000, Greg has focused on new infrastructure development, including telecommunications towers, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and wireless backhaul.  
							Greg is a 1996 graduate of Washington and Lee University.  Along with his work at NB&C, Greg is the co-chairman of the MD-DC Wireless Association's Regulatory Affairs Committee.
							Steven Weber
							Steven Weber serves as Managing Director – Land Use for NB&C.  With over 10 years of experience in telecommunications, he has represented and/or consulted various clients in land use matters ranging from leasing and easements to zoning and permitting.  Prior to joining the company in 2001, Steven focused on insurance law, leasing, and telecommunications.  Over the course of his career, he has obtained countless zoning approvals for numerous clients in the Mid-Atlantic and continues to lead a team of more than 20 Zoning Managers and Permitting Associates.
							Steven received his JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2000.  He is licensed and admitted to practice law in Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington, DC.
							William Welber
							William Welber has over 13 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. He began his career with a national telecommunications firm in Philadelphia as a Leasing and Zoning Manager before joining NB&C in 1998 as a Site Acquisition Specialist. In 1999, he was promoted to Project Manager, and in 2005 assumed the position of Program Manager.  In 2006, William became a Managing Director based in Philadelphia, overseeing the entire Northeast region.  He has profit and loss responsibility for the entire region, as well as business development, project management, and regional strategic planning oversight.  Bill also has lead on all NB&C client and vendor relationships in the Northeast.  During his tenure, NB&C has seen its footprint grow significantly in the New England market.
							William holds a Bachelor's degree in History from West Virginia University. 
							 
							 William A. Griswold
							William A. Griswold, Jr. joined NB&C Engineering Services, LLC in the position of Chief Engineer following the acquisition of Industrial Engineering and Testing Services (IETS) by Network Building & Consulting, LLC (NB&C) in September of 2011.  In this position, he is responsible for the management of NB&C Engineering Services including business development, quality assurance/quality control and training of employees.  Mr. Griswold founded IETS in January 1997 to focus on telecommunication tower analysis and modification design, crane inspection, upgrade and repair design and testing and inspection services.  Prior to IETS, Mr. Griswold worked for Law Engineering Industrial Services from 1988 to 1996 where he served as Project Structural Engineer, Project Manager and Department Manager as well as working for CRS Sirrine (formally J.E. Sirrine) where he served as a Structural Section Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Design Engineer and Department Computer Representative for just over 15 years.
							Mr. Griswold has managed and provided senior technical review for hundreds of structural and multiple discipline projects ranging from new construction to rehabilitation and upgrade of existing facilities.  He has considerable experience in the heavy lift industry having worked on many different types and sizes of cranes such as crawlers, bridge cranes, and large container cranes.  In addition, Mr. Griswold has experience in pressure and non-pressure vessel design and rehabilitation, conveying equipment, and power generating industries. 
   
							Mr. Griswold is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 45 states and is a member of multiple professional engineering organizations, including the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the International Building Code Council (IBCC) and the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE).
